January is a great time to visit New Orleans. A festive air is still lingering from the holidays. Mild weather makes it possible to spend time outside. New Orleans is a great dining city to experience the most vibrant and unique culture. Plus, New Orleanians do not eat to live, they live to eat, and their love for food is infectious. Enjoy the city’s “let the good times roll” attitude while listening to soft jazz and dine on our creole soul food.



Gumbo - delicious chicken and andouille sausage gumbo! Chicken Smoky sausage, okra, and aromatic vegetables served over rice.

Jambalaya- Chicken, shrimp, andouille sausage, rice, seasonings, spices, and incredible flavors!

Cajun shrimp and grit - New Orleans shrimp and grits and a light sauce made with flavorful seasonings, with bacon, tomatoes, and corn poured over cheesy grits.

Kings cake - Get in on the fun of traditional king cake by hiding a little toy baby in the cake. Whoever finds it has one year of good luck!
