For foodies, Argentina has the best steak in the world, raised on spectacular ranches, cooked on simple parrillas, and the staple condiment, chimichurri. Empanadas, Spanish influence hand pie, come in many flavors and fillings. Every region of Argentina has its own characteristic variance. Have you heard of carbonada? This meaty ,brothy stew is perfect for this cooler month. Consist of meat, corn on the cob, variety of potato, dried fruit, then, spooned into a hollowed-out pumpkin that’s placed on the barbecue to cook.
