This week, we are going to hop on to another Caribbean island and experiencing Jamaica's colorful food culture before circling back home to Thanksgiving. Jamaican cooking mostly combinations of different cuisines from Asia, Southern US, Africa, and Europe, which make the food tend to be on the spicy side. Our favorites are Jamaican jerk chicken with rice and pea, steamed Fish and Callaloo (saute green), Caribbean chicken curry with steamed rice, and our house-made Scotch Bonnet pepper sauce.
Jamaican Jerk Chicken

Codfish steamed in flavorful broth and vegetables, sides with Callaloo leafy vegetable, cooked with onion, garlic, tomatoes, thyme, and Scotch bonnet pepper
Caribbean Chicken Curry
Rich, spicy, and hearty with great flavor Jamaican style chicken curry. Serves with rice bean and steamed vegetables.
